A few years back, I live in Chennai am not eating Breakfast becauseam Unemployed, so Money Problem and another Important reason was Staying with my friends. That time am young star So my body without food Are any situations. Last week am admitting Hospital because health Issue. Doctors told you Skip break a fast few Years back it has affected For your health. I paid 5lacks for the hospital. Compare the Tiffen Charges20 rupees but Now I pay 5lacks.

Eat food minimum four hours gap. takes healthy breakfast because the food help for hole day your health Morning breakfast and before day dinner gap for minimum 12 hours so compulsory u eat morning breakfast
Eat lunch before 1 o'clock breakfast to lunch give four hours gap only. Don't take lots of snacks of evening times. Take the snakes fruits and vegetables and milk and biscuits please don't eat oil items. eat dinner before you sleep two hours eat dinner limited foods.Follow this habits little bit of health our life
